Very shady people I was promised 5 oil changes. I should’ve made sure it was in writing but its cool I can’t even trust these people to service my car anymore. I should’ve made sure it was in writing but its cool I can’t even trust these people to service my car anymore. More
Contacted based on online internet price $24,977. When communicated how much to buy car, it was over $29,000 and did not include sales tax as I would pay that locally. I asked why and answer was, " When communicated how much to buy car, it was over $29,000 and did not include sales tax as I would pay that locally. I asked why and answer was, "That's the out the door price, what you see online is our competitive pricing." Very dishonest way to draw people to their dealership. Typical, old-school bait and switch. More

WARNING TO ALL BUYERS! !! Go elsewhere and save yourself from fraud, forgery and an absolute disaster of a dealership. After looking at a vehicle having it dropped off at ou !! Go elsewhere and save yourself from fraud, forgery and an absolute disaster of a dealership. After looking at a vehicle having it dropped off at our home and then having to hunt down the sales rep who stated that a card was needed to ensure nobody else would purchase it and we’d be charged absolutely nothing. This was guaranteed to be hassle free and no harm no foul if we didn’t like the vehicle. We did not receive the vehicle nor sign one bit of paperwork and they proceeded to not only run both my father’s credit and mine more than a dozen times taking more than 50 points but they also ran my fathers solo. Without our consent. They proceeded to not answer calls when I attempted to have the wrecked vehicle that had incorrect odometer readings. Beat up and in horrific shape left at our home. Not even getting a call back from the GM NOR ONE SINGLE PERSON IN MANAGEMENT NOR FINANCE. Instead the sales girl cam acted as if she was sick for a week and avoided me. I had the vehicle towed and they dropout back off at our home multiple times with no communication nothing!!! Leaving it with no keys!!! They left a forged document in it and the finance manager KEVIN CAMS BOYFRIEND sent another forged document two weeks later via email thanking us for our business!!!! No calls no concerns for this outrageous scam that has happened and on top of it all they took 2500.99 of my hard earned money when we were clear we were not proceeding with a piece of junk. You will get no support, they are absolutely known fraudulent people at this dealership. Stay away!!!! Hunter, Cam, Robert Kevin Caesar all fraudulent individuals with no ethics whatsoever. I was even lied to about the GM being a guy named Jordan. I’m a single mother and they stole 2500,00 and literally ruined my credit score that I’d been working on for the last year without blinking an eye!!! No refund nothing. Read reviews they are known for this. Please go elsewhere. I’ve owned 6 Nissan’s and will NEVER PURCHASE ONE EVER AFTER THIS NIGHTMARE. I’m not going to allow this to happen to other people if possible. I will continue to spread my experience with this fraudulent company and am still working on getting my money back or them doing the right thing. Unfortunately they seem to be pros at not answering calls nor addressing forged contracts. This place should be shut down. More

They made false claims saying the vehicle we test drove was the same vehicle we were getting except for two things. The manager has yet to call me back for my messed up window tint that is getting bubbles. They basically ripped me off and won’t return my phone call now. Not even an appointment to fix my windows or compensate me to come back in to fix the window. Bad experience and will not recommend this place or return for business with them on any other vehicle purchases. More
I was shopping around for the best price on a Versa, and I had a deal worked out with another Nissan dealership, but since ABC Nissan is closer to me, I thought I would check to see if they would offer me t I had a deal worked out with another Nissan dealership, but since ABC Nissan is closer to me, I thought I would check to see if they would offer me the same deal, or possible a better one. After I put in a pricing request via ABC's website, I was contacted by Ivoire. I provided the details of the Pinnacle deal to her, and she told me that she thought ABC could beat it. Since she was out the next day, I then started speaking with her associate, Roman. I provided the same deal information to him, and he replied "I agree with Ivoire, I think we can beat their price". He made an appointment for me to come in the next afternoon. I admit that I arrived late for my appointment, as I underestimated the traffic coming from my office, but Roman had told me he'd be in his office until close that day. Oddly, he had already gone home by the time I arrived, but these things happen. So, I ended up being helped by another sales associate, who fairly quickly had me talking to a sales manager. After I explained the situation, again, the first sales manager went back into the magic managerial office. A few minutes later, he returned to the desk with yet another manager. This second manager told me that he couldn't match or beat the deal from the other dealership, especially since I was paying cash. So, this whole thing was a waste of time. All in all, the internet sales staff should have been honest with me up front, instead of telling me to come in person so they could "show" me the great deal that ABC had for me. I left work early and fought traffic, just so I could sit at a desk and have two different managers try to make me feel guilty for having been offered a great price by another dealership. Honestly, I wouldn't be giving ABC a low rating if the internet sales team had actually been up front, run the numbers, and told me that they couldn't, or wouldn't, beat the price I had in hand. If Roman had actually been there when I arrived, I do wonder how he would have tried to work the numbers to make it look as if buying from him was a good deal.. Just as a note on which to end: I received one of those auto-generated emails from the General Manager, telling me that he would like to address any questions I had, so I replied and explained this situation to him. Did I hear back from him? Not a chance. I'd never go back to ABC Nissan, even if it was the last Nissan dealer in the Phoenix area. More
