Everything wrong with car buying. At first when contacting the dealership they were pretty nice and friendly. I asked about some cars listed on their site which they said they had and At first when contacting the dealership they were pretty nice and friendly. Well when I get there it's almost instantaneous that the salesman that helped me "David Adame" started pushing new cars down my throat and it seemed like no matter how many times I said I wanted the car I came for he kept redirecting me to new vehicles and new financing promotions. Needless to say I get them to finance the vehicle I came for and they come with almost 4000 dollars of "optional" conditioning that wasn't optional. Which for vehicle features I as a customer would consider that information to be placed with the vehicle. More

We were greeted by Jay and I flat out told him, this is our budget, this is our credit score, and this is how much time we have..He looked at his wrist ( @ a watch he wasn't wearing lol) and stated that would be more than enough time. He sat us down and got right to the point. Within in an hour of walking through the door we had found a vehicle we loved, test drove it, and negotiated numbers. The total visit time was right at 2 hours, something I haven't seen in Phoenix since I've been buying my own cars! More
