As easy as ABC Although the car buying process is never easy I would have to say that ABC Nissan made the process as easy as they possibly could. In total it only t Although the car buying process is never easy I would have to say that ABC Nissan made the process as easy as they possibly could. In total it only took about 6 hours between viewing the car, test driving, negotiations, and the final transaction process. Kristen, our sales person, made it easier for us to wait that length of time by staying on top of the paperwork and ensuring that we had everything covered. The deal itself is what brought us in but once we were there we didn't feel pressured to do anything we didn't want to do which is often the case in these types of situations. Aside from having to be there for 6 hours, we appreciate the level of customer service that ABC Nissan and Kristen gave us! More

Worst Experience Recently went into ABC Nissan Camelback and got approved (or thought) I got approved for a 2007 Nissan Armada the first day they said the bank approve Recently went into ABC Nissan Camelback and got approved (or thought) I got approved for a 2007 Nissan Armada the first day they said the bank approved u and a week later they called us to the dealership to sign papers for the bank out of no where they say bank wants more money and we had already settled for $500 n cash and a trade in 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo total $2500. And we declined to put down more money so we decided to go somewhere else and we waited to get our 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo back and come to find out they broke our door to our car and didn't have no remorse or any sympathy ...they are fixing the door after arguing with them for a few hours. It was the worst experience in my life I have never been treated like this before ... Really don't recommend them More

CARLOS VALENZUELA AND EDWIN PUGA ARE REALLY HORRIBLE AT WHAT THEY DO. NOT ONLY WILL THEY LIE ABOUT PRICES BUT EACH TIME THEY SEE YOU THERE STORY CHANGES COMPLETELY. MY PRICE, MY CAR PAYMENT, AND MY TRADE IN WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT WE HAD TALKED ABOUT. ONES THEY HAVE YOUR BUSINESS THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU THEY DONT CARE WHAT HAPPENS AS LONG AS THEY MAKE THE SALE. FOR INSTANCE, WHEN I WAS GOING OVER NUMBERS AND PAYMENTS WITH EDWIN, I ADVICE TO GIVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK ABOUT IT AND HE GOT MAD HE GOT UP THE CHAIR AND WENT TO A FRONT OFFICE GOT MY KEYS HAND THEM TO ME AND WALKED AWAY REALLY MAD. I heard about ABC from a radio ad and decided to check it out. I received great customer service from Diamond and Joe. Joe was extremely respectful to my father over the phone and understood my dad had to know anything and everything about the deal I was getting. Paperwork was easy, they even let me leave my truck in the lot overnight. Great warranty, I really feel I got a good deal with it added into the final costs.
