My experience is like many of the others unfortunately. I called earlier in the day and asked if a specific vehicle was in stock. I was told yes it was. I told them i had 3 vehicles to trade in, and they sai called earlier in the day and asked if a specific vehicle was in stock. I was told yes it was. I told them i had 3 vehicles to trade in, and they said they would do a blind estimate on the two. So I told them I was in a hurry and had to be done by 7 which was about a hour. After giving all of my information about my cars having my titles in hand and giving a honest assessment of the two cars I didn't have with me. they took my keys to evaluate my vehicle. While we did that he said he would pull up the vehicle, and also a used vehicle that was cheaper and basically the same. So they bring up the used vehicle which is tore up, the seats have gashes, along with the leather, and I could see this clearly in the dark. I immediately told them no. they then informed me the vehicle I called about was sold. So I basically got a bait and switch. I had made a appointment with the very nice sales associate, and he could have done his due diligence and double check on the vehicle I wanted. There excuse was that the computer system hadn't update. Since I work on computers I immediately recognized incompetence. I wanted a truck, so we went to go look at the new trucks. I found one I liked that was actually a bit cheaper since it didn't have all the options I wanted, but could add on. Basically to make a long story short we got to financing, and after waiting and waiting they came back with the numbers on the truck, the finance paper work to fill out. I had already filled out the information on line but was being asked to do it again for some unknown reason. They offered me roughly $2000 for my trade in, and on top of that the price on there site was not what they presented me with. They gave me the break down of the true price after I didn't qualify for rebates. So you can imagine my frustration when 1. My vehicle wasn't there (sold) and they didn't even contact me to say it had been sold. 2. The price on the internet is not even close tot he true price. 3. Insulting me with a low trade in value on my cars ($666 roughly per car) I told them i had already gone to kbb and valued the car at low numbers just to make the process easier. The manager then came out and said I would never get those prices because they auction the cars. My truck alone is worth $4500 but he insisted and I said I'm not interested. He then tried to keep selling me the truck with no trade in, after I had already told them i was trying to get rid of the vehicles and cut down. I should also say I heard a conversation with a guy in the cube next to me where the guy wouldn't move on the price, even if he paid Cash. The salesman said the car would be more expensive because they cut cost on vehicles when you finance. I have never heard a more unscrupulous salesman before. Oh and what's also great was when i got a call from the dealership while i was in the dealership, confirming the appointment I was already at. So to recap. 1. Bait and switch. 2. They don't know what's going on in there own dealership. 3. There inventory system is apparently faulty since more than one person says they cars has been sold right before they got there. 4. Can't trust the sales team. (but when can you ever at a dealership) 5. Pricing is not what it truly is. 6. Don't expect to get anything for your trade. 2. They don't know what's going on in there More

Lon was outstanding! If '10' is tops then Lon was '12". He was so helpful and patient. He changed our outlook toward another Nissan product and we commend Lon and you for top notch service. Not only was this my first time buying a brand new car, but it was also my first time buying from a dealer. Of course I had heard all the horror stories about dealers and so naturally I was a little hesita but it was also my first time buying from a dealer. Of course I had heard all the horror stories about dealers and so naturally I was a little hesitant but in the end all I have are good things to say. It was as smooth as my new ride, pun intended, but in all seriousness, Kyle was awesome. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to get a new car. I loved my overall experience at ABC Nissan. More
ABC Nissan provided excellent service - I will buy another car from them in the future. The quality of my service was driven by an excellent salesman, Robert Gray. I arrived at this dealership on a Saturday. At first interaction, the staff were very attentive and helpful. After I Signed the papers, it was a whole different ball game. Granted, the check engine ligh interaction, the staff were very attentive and helpful. After I Signed the papers, it was a whole different ball game. Granted, the check engine light was on when I bought the car (2009 model year), they assured me it was probably just a sensor and would replace it. While making the deal, I was told it included GAP insurance. When I got to sign the papers, there was no gap and the finance guy acted like he didn’t care. He went and asked sales, and they said there should have been GAP. He said we would deal with that later… Obviously he just wanted me gone. He was really rude and when asked about if I want a warranty, he kept telling me my car would break down and I needed it. I did not like his attitude nor pushiness. My trade in (SUV) came with a full tank of gas, and I had asked them to fill mine up before I drove it off of the lot. They told me they would. Upon leaving with my new car, I found it with less than a quarter tank (when I test drove, it was empty). I immediately got out of the car and brought up this concern to the salesman, Stephanie, to which she said "We will just go ahead and mail you A COUPLE of gas cards." By the way, I heard that statement multiple times. I brought the car in on that Monday to service to have it looked at for the "sensor." Then, found out it was not a sensor, but the light was on due to the vehicle misfiring. Service then told me they could not find any cause and just reset the light. I went to sales to ask for my gas cards, and was told the guy that “handles” gas cards is not there and, again, they will be mailed to me. During this visit I had to make, I went in to sign the new papers for GAP (which I had to initiate with a sales manager because sales did not). The new finance person was very nice. She had all of my paperwork in order, explained everything in detail (which the other guy didn’t even come close to doing) and when she asked about the warranty, was understanding and was not pushy or have attitude. I appreciated her help more than anyone else’s. 2 days later, I was driving to work, and when I got off the freeway, it misfired again and the car was shaking like crazy and smoke was coming out the back. Took it back to the dealer, and they sent it to the manufactures dealer to have it fixed. When I got the car back 3 days later fixed, again, there was no gas! I dropped it off to them with a half a tank and they left it empty! (the issue was fuel injectors being stuck open, so I assume that’s where all of the gas went.) Service refused to fill it up. So I went back to sales, again, and demanded my gas cards… Again they told me the person who “handles” gas cards is not there. Stephanie also told me the cards had already been mailed out. I told her what happened at service and they refused to fill it up. So they had someone take it and put $20 worth of gas in. So by this point, I have lost a tank and half, and got back $20 worth, which is about a 1/3 of a tank. And I was still waiting for them to “mail” me the gas cards. A month went by and I never received them. After a month of waiting, I went back to sales and asked for GM, of course the sales manager wanted to try to “handle” my situation there. I had to tell him the whole story, and he says, “Well if we already put $20 in, that’s all the gas card is going to be worth. So we already gave you a gas card.” I couldn’t believe he just said that to me. $20 does not make up for the time I’ve lost in my new car, the time and gas I’ve used making multiple trips back to the dealer, and the gas I lost in the first place! And even if it was worth a gas card, I was promised “a couple.” After telling him that, he went and got me 1 gas card worth $25. I took and just wanted to be done with this dealer. (And by the way, I never received my gas cards “in the mail”). Lastly, this whole time, I was waiting for my registration to arrive in the mail. It never came. I called the dealer and left a message with titling. Two days later, she called me back, and they had sent my registration and plate to a previous address (which I have no idea how they got). I had to make another trip to the dealer to pick this up after it was returned in the mail. I don’t think I will ever buy another car from ABC Nissan. I don’t like being lied to nor do I like buying used cars that aren’t running right from the start. They were unorganized and shady. I hope they get their act together so no one else has to deal with this… On another note, even though I had to return to service a second time, service was very understanding and gave me everything I needed while having my car fixed. I appreciate their service department very much. More

My story is similar to a review from itsybuggy (6/26/2012) so I guess they haven't found their conscience and are still lying to their potential customers... I was interested in a 2008 VW Jetta th (6/26/2012) so I guess they haven't found their conscience and are still lying to their potential customers... I was interested in a 2008 VW Jetta they had recently listed (one low price on AutoTrader and higher price on Cars.com). I called on 7/1/2013 around noon and spoke with a salesman named Joe (he recently moved to the Valley from Northern California). I asked if that Jetta was still available and he said YES it is and it's definitely worth seeing. I told him I would be there within the next 2 hours. When we arrived, we were greeted nicely, offered some water and he proceeded to take down some of our information including what other types of vehicles we might be interested in. It didn't click for me immediately but you will see the importance of this as you read more.... He left "to go get the keys for this nice Jetta" and seemed to come back sooner than expected with the "bad news" that the Jetta that we drove 35mins to see was "just sold this morning"! I reminded him that I spoke to him at noon but he shrugged and said he didn't start his work day until noon and was unaware that the car had been sold. I don't think he even checked, I don't think they ever had that car available. I was with my two teenage kids and I told them as I am warning you, THIS IS A CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Pretty sad when they can look you in the face and lie with a pleasant smile. Of course, they offered to show me other vehicles on their lot and surrounding lots that I might be interested in (higher prices). Of course, I would not give them the pleasure of being sucked into their scam. We politely walked out and will never do business with ABC Nissan again. That is one hour of my life I can never reclaim! I would not recommend them to my friends (or enemies). You have been warned! More
I was daunted by the previous reviews and nearly didn't go to ABC Nissan. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the service, honesty, and respect I got from Andre' Stansberry and Scott Monteiro. Th didn't go to ABC Nissan. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the service, honesty, and respect I got from Andre' Stansberry and Scott Monteiro. They did everything in their power to make me happy, and I am not an easy sell. I also went in as a female by myself, and not only did I get a great deal, but they treated me with utmost respect throughout the entire process. I would certainly buy a car from them again. I bought the car Tuesday, and have received 2 calls from Andre in the past four days following up, making sure I am happy and asking if I have any questions. Go in and see Andre'. Definitely recommend. More
