We had the most horrible experience at ABC nissan! On Sunday night we emailed ABC requesting information on a new Xterra we saw online and if the vehicle was still available. On Monday, early afternoon, Sunday night we emailed ABC requesting information on a new Xterra we saw online and if the vehicle was still available. On Monday, early afternoon, we received a call from Betty Garcia saying that the car was still there and we set an appointment for 7:00 Monday night to see the Xterra. At 6:20 we received a call from Frank Falino? (sales manager) to confirm the appointment at 7:00. We told him that we were already on our way. We arrived at the dealership at 7:05, waited approx five minutes to see Betty. After collecting a little info about what we were looking for and looking over our trade in, she directed us into an unlit lot that was "full of xterras." SHe disappeared back into the building and left us wandering the lot alone. After wandering for about 5 minutes we realized there wasnt a single xterra in the entire lot. She eventually met us out there and said she didnt know if the xterra we were looking for had been sold or not. We went back inside and after waiting for about a half hour she said that that particular xterra had been sold. She disappeared again for about another 15 minutes, came back with numbers on a different xterra that was $10,000 HIGHER than our budget. Mind you this is all BEFORE we have even seen a single xterra. Clearly we were upset becuase of the "bait and switch" tactics they were using. Carlos came out a few minutes later and explained that the original xterra had been sold two and a half hours BEFORE our appointment from the retail side of the business without informing the internet side. If this were the case the sales manager Frank should have informed us of this when he called at 6:20 pm to confirm the appointment, 45 minutes before the appointment. This whole time they had the keys to MY vehicle and would not give them back. It took us walking to the sales office to get them. We also requested to speak with Frank, upon his request when we arrived, multiple times, but he never came out. Tuesday late afternoon we received a call from someone at the dealership apologizing that the vehicle had been sold prior to our arrival but "it was not a bait and switch, that we are in the business to sell cars." We were at the dealer a little over an hour and NEVER saw a single vehicle. If it wasnt a bait and switch they would have called ahead of time and told us the vehicle had been sold and not to waste our time coming to the appointment. We were excited to make a deal but at every turn they were unprofessional, unprepared, and misleading. We went to Pinnacle Nissan the next day and had the best car buying experience we have ever had! We were in and out of Pinnacle Nissan in under three hours and made a deal. We arrived to the perfect xterra waiting for us ready to go and professional and friendly staff. Thank you Pinnacle! Sorry ABC you lost a deal and customers because of this. We will deter everyone we speak with from doing business with you. More
The sales woman (Mary Ann) gave me and my wife the best no-hassle sales experience to date! She was friendly, knowledgeable and was not a weasel, pushy or liar as some of the others that we unfortunately d no-hassle sales experience to date! She was friendly, knowledgeable and was not a weasel, pushy or liar as some of the others that we unfortunately dealt with previous to her, were. She did a phenomenal job listening and working with exactly what my wife and I wanted from the minute we stepped into the dealership floor. We believe that more of the employees should take a page from her book and treat the customer like a friend and not a dollar sign. Thank you! More
My husband and I purchased two cars in the same day (new and used). We needed to be out the door at a certain number. The sales manager crunched the numbers and made it happen. They gave us a generous am and used). We needed to be out the door at a certain number. The sales manager crunched the numbers and made it happen. They gave us a generous amount on our trade-ins and we got a fair price for two excellent cars. After the purchase price was agreed, we went to Finance. We ended up purchasing the extended warranty but had buyers remorse that night. We went to the dealership the following morning and spoke with the Finance director. He removed the extra costs and the final price paid was the original price we wanted. Our salesperson, Samantha, and the finance team were very kind and patient. I would recommend this dealer for the customer service and the price of vehicles. More
I had purhcased a used 2010 Nissan Titan in Aug 2012 and ABC Nissan was to prepare my plate refund on my trade-in for me. In Oct of 2012 I still did had not gotten my refund, I figured it was something they ABC Nissan was to prepare my plate refund on my trade-in for me. In Oct of 2012 I still did had not gotten my refund, I figured it was something they just had forgotten to do so I completed this refund myself. In Jan 2013 I was pulled over for invald plates. Come to find out after speaking with the registry this dealership had already completed my refund in Aug like they said they would but never sent me the refund nor told me that they had completed the process and decided to keep the refund for their profits. It has been two weeks since they acknoweleged what they called an error on their part by not sending my refund check to me and I have reached out again. Their answer for not sending the check this time is that they cannot get someone to sign it. I find it extremely difficult to understand that a major dealership in the AZ valley cannot find a manager to sign a $184 check that is 5 months late to a customer. Sorry to say that I am appalled that this dealership would be so greedy as to not send a customers $184 refund on a 24k purchase, and once the customer brings this to their attention they still fail in living up to very basic customer service standards. I have been to 5 other Nissan dealers in the area, and ABC Nissan is by far the most unprofessional, DISHONEST dealership I have ever been to. I talked to CJ a couple of times on the phone, and he con ABC Nissan is by far the most unprofessional, DISHONEST dealership I have ever been to. I talked to CJ a couple of times on the phone, and he convinced me to come in saying that they were going to come close to the price I wanted to pay for a new Versa. And, if they couldn't get me the price I wanted, I would get a $25 gas gift card. When I came in for my appointment, CJ was not available. Instead, Brandon showed me a used Versa that he said was a 2011. The sticker on the front of the car said it was a 2012. He did not even know what car he was showing me. Then, Brett (a manager) told me a price for a new Versa that was $3000 more than what CJ told me they could do. When I decided to leave and asked for the gift card, Brett said that they would have to mail it to me. The only person at the dealership that did not lie was the receptionist. Everyone else lied over and over again. More

I visited ABC Nissan to on Nov. 29, 2012 to see about trading in my 2007 Altima and purchasing a 2013 Altima with little to no down and without increasing my monthly payments. I let the salesmen, Michae trading in my 2007 Altima and purchasing a 2013 Altima with little to no down and without increasing my monthly payments. I let the salesmen, Michael Galindo and Carlos Valenzuela, know that I was on a huge time restraint due to my work responsibilities throughout the day. They were both wonderful about making sure I wasn't late to any of my appointments. The price negotiation was quick, they put me in the exact car I was looking for and truely valued my time. More
