I purchased a pre-owned Murano. At all levels I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was in the market for a new or used vehicle to replace my current transportation and choose ABC Nissan because I had seen a commercial on tv about their sales. Within a hour or so I was contacted by a sales person named Bruce Weiss, He was more then helpful when it came to answering all my questions. My biggest concern was keeping in my price range and what I could rely on, Bruce asked me to come in and check out what they had on the lot and assured me he would be able to meet my needs. Upon arriving I was a little skeptical because this wasn't my first visit to a dealership. Bruce was more then helpful when it came to getting me the car that best fit me, as in price range and Style, which was perfect because I wasn't about to finance a vehicle that I didn't enjoy driving. The whole experience was very satisfying and cant thank my sales person(Bruce Weiss) and the finance team at ABC Nissan enough for helping me the whole way. Every concern I had was more then answered and any questions was resolved. The thing that I appreciated the most after the sale was complete was the concern I was shown for my satisfaction from Bruce. Fallow ups are greatly appreciated because we both knew the sale was made and done, but to see that Bruce still cared about the product that he had sold me was very re-assuring.
