Just wondering why it takes public outcry through transparency to get the respect and attention each one of your customers deserve??? It started with the wrong bill of sale sent to me. Then the ignored pleas to acquire the correct document. Then a last ditch voice from Rocco who did nothing but speak empty words. After many attempts to resolve this situation I was met with empty voids of silence. Rocco has acknowledged he was monitoring the situation and when I tried to contact him He was not listening and did not return my calls. The weekend I was to lose the ability to drive the vehicles, yes (2) vehicles I purchased from ALM Hyundai, I had to track down and contact the title clerk myself to get a 30 day extension on my temp tags. After 45 days your establishment should be able to support your customers ability to operate a vehicle purchased from you!! I am still waiting on my titles to these vehicles to be placed in my name.

I don't know what you can address. I have timestamps if you record calls. Neither the $2200 nor the $7000 quotes were provided with any context as to what they were actually for. I was lead to believe both prices were for the head gasket to be fixed. The $3100 that was agreed to after your employees consulted the main mechanic ( as I was told, Older black gentleman with a beard I believe ) was to be the upper end of the price depending on machine work. I was told it could be several hundred less. We shook on it. The next day Rachel who is completely clueless called me back and told me $3100 would only remove the head. Not pay for any other repairs. After demanding to speak with her boss I was then told he'd 'miscalculated' the labor and it would be $700 or even more over the $3100 I'd agreed to. I have very rarely dealt with such incompetence outside of a fast food restaurant.

I sincerely doubt a very gently driven 2013 Sonata with 64,000 miles has a blown head gasket outside of a manufacturing defect anyway. But I get the warranty has expired and head gaskets aren't covered in any of the recalls or class action suits. Even garbage 1970s cars lasted longer than that.
