Actually, the car I purchased ended up not being the car I had researched, (Chrysler 200). The actual 'that day' purchase had never even occurred to me because I like to be take my time. However, I was also driving down the road knowing I was only getting a whopping 18mpg in my trusty Thunderbird, (which was VERY hard to part with, mind you), but pulled in Five Star to browse, ask questions and haggle - you know, just a spur of the moment thing. I am a single mother, have twin grandson's, two jobs, and often go out of town with all of them with me, and I needed something less expensive to drive, roomy, and reliable. I'm a frugal person and don't make large purchases lightly. My experience there was great from the beginning. Nick was new and I asked more questions that he probably wanted to answer, but he didn't mind, and if he didn't know, he found out. I found out I was only his third sale, even so, he did a wonderful job; he truly stood behind the car I ended up purchasing,and the mileage is stupendous - Hyundai Elantra Limited. Michael, the Finance Guy :-), was knowledgeable, easy to work with and answered all of my questions, even weeks after the sale. I had heard 'things' throughout the years about Five Star, but they proved that gossip wrong, easily. Glad I chose them and would recommend them to anyone wanting a no pressure, friendly, and timely car buying experience. They also have great follow up customer service skills! More

I was so dreading having to purchase a new car because I did not want to deal with "the saleman". But Ralph Harris was wonderful! No pressure just let us ask questions.
