On February 12, 2022 we bought a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy from Amanda Seabolt. Amanda was great to work with! She kept assuring us she would get us a deal we were happy with and she did. Went into the dealership at 9:30am today 1/20/22 about the 2012 Mercedes E 350. Spoke to Keith Hartness, General Manager. I gave him my name stated I left several messages,and voicmails. Told him the reason I was there,and he look at me as if I wasn't worth his time. He told me there's nothing he could do and there was no warranty on the car when I was told there was a 2 month. I bought this car less then 2 weeks ago, and they have my money and fail to at least check it out. I left very disappointed, and I told Mr Keith Hartness, General Manager that will be writing a review and filing a complaint with the BBB. He made some racist remark and when I asked what did he say he did not respond. ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ***** More

Everyone was courteous and easy to deal with. No hassles. Only word of advice for dealer is to make sure worker cleans his hands very well before re-entering vehicle.
