As i told the manager J Howell,salesman Chris,&finance Shaq C all i want was an explanation as to how they decided ,not knowing to me ,that i had to buy a surface protection warranty for 995 dollars on a Shaq C all i want was an explanation as to how they decided ,not knowing to me ,that i had to buy a surface protection warranty for 995 dollars on a 16 yr old truck ? I asked for the least price out the door for the truck ,as is, and the 995 was added with no mention ,when i asked about any warranty from the salesman & the finance man . Approx 20 papers put in front of me which i signed not knowing it was included , not knowing i had to read each one for i had traded for an as is vehicle &trusted I had them looking out for me in this transaction! Had this been a shady used car dealer ,I would not say a word,but KIA ALM ,WOW, go figure. I have no idea of what i supposedly purchased with no brochure of who to contact if i had a surface problem ? More

I bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack for $36.5k, sight unseen, and had it delivered. You would think a reputable dealer wouldn't try to take advantage of customers and would stand behind a car. The car was DELIVERED with NO EXHAUST, a CEL on that had a code for the cylinder deactivation system, the service ABS light on, an HID headlight out, a severed window washer line, and a nickel sized hole in the driver's side valve cover causing oil to leak onto the header making it smoke like crazy. To beat it all, they put electrical tape over the hole to try to mask it so they obviously knew about it. I've tried calling the dealership probably 20 times and each time either I'm transferred and disconnected or someone answers, takes my info and promises to give it to the general manager and I never get a call back. This is the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. They are dishonest and they take advantage of their customers. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More

So, I use this dealer for service because my car is under warranty, but they are one of the most inefficient businesses I've ever had to endure .... it took 3 weeks to get an appointment to have them check m warranty, but they are one of the most inefficient businesses I've ever had to endure .... it took 3 weeks to get an appointment to have them check my AC. I was there at the appointment time, I was told it's be $300 for a diagnostic test and then heard nothing for 3 1/2 hours. When I finally got up to inquire what was going on I was told that my car needs a special type of Freon and it was going to take another 45 minutes...... so, all in all, it's going to be 5 hours to do something that should take less than 1 hour .... I'm going to try a new dealership ext time. Hopefully, I'll have a better experience. More
