My daughter and I visited Kia of Union City Ga today to speak with a salesman and we were assigned to Jeffrey Weeks. I explained my expectations as to what I was looking for in a car, the down payment as w speak with a salesman and we were assigned to Jeffrey Weeks. He then proceeded to ask for my personal information I then asked him specifically would he be running my credit and he states a SOFT PULL.At that time I had seen no vehicle or had I been given any type of estimates in regards to payments , interest rates or anything . I get notifications showing it was a HARD PULL which I DID NOT give verbal consent nor did I SIGN anything giving permission to do so. He then gets a manager supposedly by the name of Vince Weldom but from my research he is a Sales Consultant just same as Jeffery Weeks. The integrity of these guys was horrible. They did exactly what they wanted to do with no regard for what I stated as a potential customer and only said Sorry when they knew from the beginning what they had intentions on doing . Please be careful with these type of people they are dishonest and do not have customers best interest at heart. Word of mouth travels far and I will make sure everyone I know does not do any business with Kia because of them More

Kia has yet to give resolve about my brand new vehicle that I purchased. They have had my car in the service department for a month now. The easiest solution would have been to just put me into a new car that I purchased. They have had my car in the service department for a month now. The communication from “leadership” is also very subpar. I’m highly disappointed in this dealership. I will NEVER be retuning here again. More

I just purchased my new car 2025 Kia K4 and just had my 8k maintenance last Monday. This week pas my a/c on my driver side is blowing hot air. I took it up to the dealership today and they advise they have 8k maintenance last Monday. This week pas my a/c on my driver side is blowing hot air. I took it up to the dealership today and they advise they have to hold my car for 48hrs (I’m fine with that) but I ask for a loaner car cause I’m a working professional they advise no loaner car. Wow! I just purchase my car and yall do not have a loaner car for me for this big inconvenience. I’m very unhappy and now riding around in the heat without my a/c working fully. I’ve asked for a manager and still waiting on a response. Unhappy customer! More
