I called in to get an oil change and was told I can come in the same day. I was probably seen as soon as I arrived. I read this place was under new management. I’ve typically had decent experiences with the dealership, but now I’m contemplating even returning. I bought my car from this location but my service today was all around horrible. I had the worst customer service from Jaylond. It was time for my 60k mile service and instead of explaining what I needed, I felt rushed and ignored. I elected not to get any of the services done here because I prefer to take my vehicle to a place where they take their time with customers and help me understand what I’m paying for. Not just throwing invoices at me. I had the shuttle drop me at home and the driver was speeding, even though I only live about 2 miles from the dealership. He even ran a red light which significantly put my safety at risk. Finally my service has ALWAYS come with a complimentary car wash at the end. Apparently, this time I “did ask for one” even thought I’ve never asked in the 3 years I’ve been coming here for services. I will be taking my business and money elsewhere. More
