The dealership had my car for months because the service tech was no longer working there. The engine in my 2018 Kia optima is horrible. They had a bunch of issues that came up in the diagnosis, but a lot of the issues that were reported felt like the dealership was trying to make money off of me. They ultimately determined that I needed a new engine. The warranty didnt cover any of it. My car is not that old and only has 160,000 miles on it. I am completely unsatisfied. More
