The service that Kevin provided was great! There are some slight issues that are being addressed in regards to the check if certain items such as the brakes and rust on the rotors. LOAN & Extended Warranty REVIEW:They Lie and Manipulate LOAN & Extended Warranty REVIEW: They Lie and Manipulate Everyone. I Purchased an Infiniti from this ALM Last May with 50K Miles on It. The Car had i LOAN & Extended Warranty REVIEW: They Lie and Manipulate Everyone. I Purchased an Infiniti from this ALM Last May with 50K Miles on It. The Car had its Original Warranty Still and I Also PURCHASED an Extended Warranty to Cover Up to 60K Additional Miles for When My Original Warranty Would Exhaust. They Beg You To Purchase the Extended Warranty in Case Anything Under Your Hood Needs Repair. A Year Later to Now, My Car Now Has Major Engine Issues and Cannot Be Driven, with a Repair Estimate of $9K!!!! I Call EasyCare to Only Find Out That I’m Out of My Extended Warranty Because it Only Covers Up to 60K Miles, But I Purchased the Car at 50K Miles!!! Why Would They Have Me Purchase an Extended Warranty at the Time of Purchasing the Car that Would Only Cover Another 10K Miles!?!?!? An Extended Warranty is Just That, Extended Coverage Beyond the Original Warranty that Came with the Car Brand New, So Why Did They Trick Me into Purchasing It!?!?! I’ve Been Contacting ALM for 2 Weeks Now and NO ONE Has Been Able to Help. I Went into ALM Yesterday , Where No One Took Accountability and No One Cares.So Now I’m Stuck with a Car That Can’t Drive and I Have NO Extended Warranty for the Repairs!!! What Should I Do!?! I Spoke with the Floor Manager Jose, and He Told Me, He Didn’t Have Time for this and That this Situation is Between Myself and the Bank!! The Finance Manager that Did my Deal is NOT Answering Any of My Calls or Texts , and Yesterday I Spent 6 Hours There and No One Helped Me.They Lie to You and Pretend to Have Your Nest Interests at Heart and They Simply Don’t. I Regret Purchasing My First Car from ALM. And I Hope You All Proceed with Caution of You Choose to Purchase From Them. They Are All Liars and After They Secure Your Sale, You Will Never Have their Support and Attention Again. I hope this get a fixed asap, because my next step is litigation and reporting the Fraud Activities at ALM More
