At first it was a great experience with our initial car sales man. I had to come back another day to finalize a few things to the car I wanted. When I came in i dealt with completely new ppl for some reaso sales man. I had to come back another day to finalize a few things to the car I wanted. When I came in i dealt with completely new ppl for some reason I couldn't get the salesman I had before on top of that the new salesman failed to communicate with the original sales man and ultimately have me in a hard position cause you guys dropped the ball on the paper work saying i purchased a different vehicle for what was actually sold to me. I spoke to a manger and his customer service skills and explanation on this matter are unsatisfactory and continues to blame the paper work on my bank instead of taking accountability that the miscommunication is from the dealerships end. More
