Fine Sale - Like Pulling Teeth After It was an unremarkable process. Thought they might work for me, but after a couple views, not so much. They stopped looking and decided I would settle for what that had. That was fine, but not going the extra mile at all. That's when the dissatifaction began. The sale took a long time on a Sunday night and my sales guy couldn't find the second key that night. He said he would find first thing Monday and overnight. Ah- that's where the non-communication and wrong information began. I got four different stories and extra phone time and an extra trip and still 2 WEEKS LATER- no one seemed to know where that key that I should have received at close was. It took 2 CALLS to KIA Corporate to get any help. I think I might actually get this solved- 3 WEEKS AFTER CLOSE. But I still have to drive the dealer AND WAIT AN HOUR for something should have been given to me at the close. I can't EVEN imagine what would happen if is was a big problem. This was minor and the responsive was abhorent. Oh- and they threw in free oil changes for the key. I really never want to go to this dealer again, so .... how is that to my benefit. Buyer Beware More

Spoke with the manager who was gracious enough to give me a deal. I as a single senior was extremely grateful for the generosity and consideration of your manager and had my repair done. I must say that during this time of Covid 19 customers need a break. Lots of people are not working and/or income is being challenged through loss of employment, rising costs of goods and food, health care, etc. Merchants need to take all of this into consideration if they want to continue doing business for people for they are only going to take care of the necessities and put the luxuries aside for now. It did my heart good to have a considerate person on your staff make this consideration regardless of the financial interests of your company. Without him I would have never considered this repair. I will continue to use ALM Kia because of him. I forgot his name but my repair was done on July 15th at ALM Kia Union City, GA. Give that man a RAISE!!! He deserves it for your continued business on servicing your vehicles. More
