This was by far the best car purchase experience I’ve had in a while. I recently went to a car dealership and the man was overly aggressive. Jayda and Sabrine were awesome!!! Battle of attrition. Good thing the car is good. We walked in knowing what car we wanted to look at and potentially purchase. From the moment we stepped on the lot until we drove off, it took 6+ hour We walked in knowing what car we wanted to look at and potentially purchase. From the moment we stepped on the lot until we drove off, it took 6+ hours. I felt like it was a sales tactic to wear us down. Felt like the whole experience was a sales tactic. Our salesperson was good but the experience was draining and we left not feeling good about our purchase. We asked for our interest rate at least a dozen times and could not get a straight answer. Kept talking about the monthly payment. I wanted to know total cost and interest rate. At the first round of closing, had to have them take off numerous add-ons that we did not request. When we didn't take their suggestions they made it seem like we were making a mistake. (their suggestions added up to an additional $5K). By time we got to the 6th hour, patience was running thin. Good thing I know about the car we purchased and know its a good car. Took it to a mechanic and got the thumbs up. Honestly, don't think I would purchase there again. Takes ALL xxxx DAY and when asking for specific info, it's too hard to get a straight answer. Seemed like 50 people had a say in transaction as well. We both left there feeling dirty. More
