The staff was awesome, treated me and my husband like family. They provided someone to go over all buttons and gadgets in the car. They did me by hiding a gas leak under the back seat by using heavy air freshener. Honesty, is NOT, the best policy at your company. This was one of the worst experiences! My salesperson was not helpful and took forever to help. It took us over 5 hours when I already had financing and the car picked out. I'm STILL waiting on a key for the not helpful and took forever to help. It took us over 5 hours when I already had financing and the car picked out. I'm STILL waiting on a key for the vehicle that will actually lock the car. Right now, I can't even drive anywhere because I can't lock the car or put the alarm on. I have tried calling back and following up but the salesperson stopped answering my calls and never returned my calls. So I have NO idea when I'll be getting a working key to my car. Ridiculous! More
