This was one of the worst experiences! My salesperson was not helpful and took forever to help. It took us over 5 hours when I already had financing and the car picked out. I'm STILL waiting on a key for the vehicle that will actually lock the car. Right now, I can't even drive anywhere because I can't lock the car or put the alarm on. I have tried calling back and following up but the salesperson stopped answering my calls and never returned my calls. So I have NO idea when I'll be getting a working key to my car. Ridiculous!
