When I emailed the Manager of the dealership, Jerry Howell, and asked that he call or email me back I never received a response. When I needed the bill of sale to use at the mercedes dealership to purchase a replacement key fob I texted and called the salesman. He never responded. I felt like they were always trying to fool me into something. Unlikely that I will buy another car from this dealership. If you can find a car somewhere else you will be doing yourself a favor. Arrived at dealership and after a close inspection I picked out a vehicle. After a lengthy and pointless negotiation I waited hours for financial. During this time the vehicle was supposed to be getting picked out a vehicle. After a lengthy and pointless negotiation I waited hours for financial. During this time the vehicle was supposed to be getting washed. Didn’t finish with vehicle until after dark at which point the salesman stated nobody was available to see if there was a second key for the car but he said he would check in the morning and call me. The next day I didn’t receive a call about key so I called but upon speaking with salesman he said there was no second key but he magically has a friend that can get my key for the car for $100. Imagine that, especially after I know the car was a rental and they make sure there are second keys to the car. Since it was already dark we left the dealership and wasn’t until the next day that I noticed that the rims had all been switched out with damaged rims and the mats had been removed. I’m telling you now you should avoid this place at all costs!! Shady with zero integrity, I should have listened to the other dealerships and not went to ALM!! More
