Buying my last vehicle at ALM Kia South was a great experience. My direct sales associate was Patrick Moore. He did a fantastic job of showing me the vehicle and answering my questions. He gave me the opportunity to take the car on a very reasonable test drive to make sure I liked the vehicle as well. Since I’m a contractor, we had to take a few extra steps to prove my credit worthiness. He worked his rear end off to make sure I knew everything I needed on my end and that all the documents were correct and forwarded to finance. The manager Irian worked as hard as the sales associates to make sure I was well taken care of as well. They were very accommodating and made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. Patrick also called a few weeks later to see if I was still satisfied with my vehicle as well, I am. I would give them high marks in all areas from sales to financing, they really have their act together! More

Car Purchase Experience Dennis was wonderful. However, I am a 70 year old school teacher. Still teaching trough this pandemic. This is why I have not been back to the deale Dennis was wonderful. The loan officer that did the paperwork for the loan added an extra $3,000 coverage to my account. I called my son-in-law in Texas as i sat in the loan officers office. My son-in-law said i did not need the coverage therefore i declined the offer. I told him I did not want the coverage when he asked the day of the purchase. I went back to the dealership and asked him to remove it. He looked at the paperwork, He knew that was not my signature on the paper. With a rude comment (Let you son-in-law pay for all your damages) he said he would. I asked for paperwork to show it was being remove. He said, " i will remove the $3,000 and tell your bank it has been done. He gave me a paper but it did not say he was removing it. The charge is still on the statement I receive monthly. Jawon also ensured the vehicle was fully fueled and detailed. Car was clean and you could tell it was sanitized for the safety of my family and I. I will be back due to the service and hospitality shown by Jawon, aweosme employee. The finance guy Mustafa made the process seemless and made sure he was respectable of our time. He too answered any concerns we had and put my mind at easy with the purchase. Will definitely recommend ALM to friends and family. More
