Friendly service, but not good follow up Rosalinda was very friendly and helpful when we were looking at the car. She helped us well with the options to buy the car. Her official work email she said was not available to her so we ended up sending some personal information via her personal email. I was not comfortable with that. There were only 2 cars in the lot to choose from, so we went with the slightly more expensive one to get the interior features that were good. The issue is the car was scratched and that was not fixed when we took delivery. We were however told we could bring it in for a buff to fix the scratches. The problem is finding time to do this. They also put the fuse box cover on that is black and is not the same color as the rest of the dashboard, which is grey. Tim in finance was very good. He explained everything clearly and got us through the signing as quick as possible. The hand over of the car was not very good. Rosalinda kind of just walked away once the deal was complete. Jowan (His card says Jovan, but that is apparently his brother) that helped us go through the car features was difficult to understand, but had a pretty good knowledge of the car. He did not however explain much other than the UVO app. I had to ask a lot of questions to get an idea of what else the car had on offer. He was at least able to answer everything. Sadly I would not recommend this place based on my overall experience of buying a $30 000 car there. I do not expect red carpet service, but I do expect a scratch free, well put together car when buying new. I also expect sales and handover to be a little more engaged to make sure the buyer has a full understanding of the vehicle before leaving the lot. More

Scattered Car was being serviced under warranty. The management of the car details was mishandled and resulted in several hours lost because the wrong VIN was u Car was being serviced under warranty. The management of the car details was mishandled and resulted in several hours lost because the wrong VIN was used to identify the correct FOB code. Once this was figured out, Carvana had issued a work order for just the FOB and not the key. Had to get this resolved and have the key mailed. The person who was supposed to mail the key was let go before the key could be mailed. I had to follow up with parts to arrange for the key to be delivered. This was done quickly once the key was found. I still don’t have the key and FOB assembled but I’ll take what I can get at this point. I also brought the car back after noticing the rear shocks were bouncy. The issue was diagnosed quickly and the service required a couple days to be completed. This was reasonable. More

Chris Gantt approached us as soon we got out the car. He was awesome. He was very much the type of salesman that acknowledged your concerns and tried to accommodate you. He was also honest about any limitations in place. He gave us a good rebate and we feel we got an excellent deal. I am a happy camper. The dealership was animated and in a festive mood. I felt this was important to our buying decision. Jawon was the detailer. He took his time explaining the features, navigation system and filled up our tank. We are ecstatic. Jawon was professional and thorough. I appreciated his interest in helping us while we waited to finalize the paperwork. Thank you Jawon for all that you do. Josh was also very helpful as our closer. He offer extra incentives and addressed any last minute concerns. He was very gracious, and gave us southern hospitality. I will totally recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
