Buying was fine, getting our car was horrible! My wife and I got to the dealership at 11am on a Saturday and fairly quickly were test-driving a car. The sales rep kind and even took the initiative to replace the rear window wiper. By 3pm we were done with all the paperwork and ready to drive home. WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO HOURS, however, to actually get our car. For some reason it took that long to "detail" the car and fuel it up. Needless to say we were glad drive away form that dealership once we were done. More
