We explained our timeframe for purchase and there was never any of the usual pressure that is usually encountered at many other car dealerships. When it came time to buy on August 27, the process was efficient, and we left truly feeling that ALM Kia south valued our business. No complaints whatsoever. Although we don't have experience yet with their Service Department, odds are that it will also be a good experience. More
