Regular 6 month oil change and tire rotation When I arrived the door to go in was closed. Within minutes Michael came out and told me to drive in through the exit entrance. He asked what I was there for and I told him to get my oil changed and tires rotated. It was prepaid with the buying of my car. The cutomer area was not lighted and it was cold in there. I got the impression that he was the only one there. He told me that there was something wrong with the light. I was there by myself in the dark for about 30 minutes, before another worker arrived and turned the lights on and started putting coffee on and set out snacks. About 10 minutes later other customers arrived after the coffee was started. My car was ready a little after 9:00am. Last time I came my car was brought to the front where I came in, but this time Michael walked me to my car at the back where the service was being done. He directed me on how to get out, but I got lost and had to get one of the guys in the new cars area to direct me out. More

Repairs Twenty hundred plus dollars for repairs and was not properly diagnosed for the correct parts. The third attempt was when the vehicle was fixed. Of which parts was ordered and I could not be charged that was when the problem was solved. That led me to believe that I did not need the initial parts. I should get my money back. I shopped several dealerships before ALM Kia South and the customer service here was by far the best of any dealership that I visited. Everyone was friendly and professional, they were so helpful and willing to work with me. I was driving my daughters car and had to leave the dealership in the middle of the sale to pick her up from college in Atlanta, my Sales Associate, Dakkari Lester, stayed late to wait for my return so that we could finish the sale. I am beyond thankful to him, he is truly an asset to the company!!! When I explained my budget to Dakkari he listened and understood my need for the car, he performed a miracle and got me the exact payment that I needed. Waddell White was my Finance Manager, he was so patient with all of my questions and I had a lot of them, he explained everything to me in great detail and was kind to me through the whole process. Jawon Shaw was my Delivery Specialist and was also very helpful, the car looked wonderful. I drove away with a great car and am forever thankful to these guys for their help and hard work! More
