Best First Time Experience This was my first time buying a car and it was fast and easy. Rianna was so nice and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or forced into anything. However, the detailing of my car could have been a whole lot better. The car was used as a rental, the seats were dirty and there was stuff under the seats on the floor. Poor communication My engine locked up. I called the dealership. A service rep told me to have it towed to the the dealership. When I balked, he gave me the name and My engine locked up. I called the dealership. A service rep told me to have it towed to the the dealership. When I balked, he gave me the name and number of a tow company that would pick it up. After 3 days, I called to check on the status of my car and was told the engine would be replaced free of charge (Thanks!). After a week or two, I stopped by the dealership to pick up a few items out of my car and I was told then that it would be ready to pick up in a day or two. I was never offered a rental car so I was surprised when I was contacted AFTER I picked up my car asking if I had picked up the rental. It should NOT be this difficult to get information or services (free tow and rental car), especially for a repair that would take such a long time. Disappointing to say the least. More
