Bad customer service after the sale Everything went fine while buying my car but when it came to getting the tag there was issues. Lack of Communication The only people who did as they say they would were Kenny in parts and Henry in Service. Anyone else who made commitments failed to follow thru. From Nicole who never followed thru to Brandon in parts. Lack of in house communication was all over the place and making excuses for not getting something done. As I was leaving I noticed a scratch on the drivers side mirror that hadn't been there before. About 1.5 - 2 inches long and almost as wide. Needless to say, I will have it taken care of myself and will not be bringing my car in for anything. I know I am suppose to have 2 free services but that also will not be happening. When they fixed the motor for the driver's seat, they forgot to put the seat belt catch back on so I waited again for that to be fixed. More
