He went through extreme detail explaining why I needed to buy the extras but could have cared less about explaining anything else. My wife commented about his attitude several times on the drive home. More

Kudos to Steven Friday! Hey, I was received promptly, treated royally, processed efficiently, handled deftly, and exited relieved it was no more complicated than it was. Beginning with Steven, each step of the process was logical and thorough. I really didn't look forward to replacing my "totaled" 2012 Hyundai Elantra; but I wound up with 2014 Hyundai Sonata, two years newer with fewer than half the mileage of the Elantra. At my age (82) this may well be my "last car" - but since "only the good die young" I may be here yet a while and you're right in my "neighborhood." So far -- so good.
