Worst experience ever I had an scheduled appointment for 10:30am... I arrived at 10:15am.... I had to sit and wait 20mins before being seen. I explained I need to leave my 1pm in order to pick my husband up on time from work. Service worker walks up to me at 1pm telling me it would be another hour and a half before my care would be done. And this is after people who came in way after me had left with the service done on their cars. No offer to assist. I end up spending $50 to get my husband from work and still waiting for my car More

Terrible experience Had several problems with Lexus I bought . One was radio quit working within 24 hours of purchase. I made several trips from Deatsville where I live to dealership a 3 hour drive . Was told last time I was there it would be taken care of & left car there for a week. When I got the call to pick it up radio lasted 30 minutes on ride home . Was told I could get new radio but service man tried to patch it . Ended up getting hung up on when I called back to discuss problem . This was after waiting a few days for a return call . I was finally told they would not fix it . Just terrible service & I would not recommend them to anyone. The car was a graduation gift for my daughter & you can imagine the disappointment. Guess I’ll have to take care of problem myself. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. More

Worst service EVER In October 2018 I was having a steering wheel issue where my torque symbol came on and the wheel locked. I immediately turn the car off and back on an In October 2018 I was having a steering wheel issue where my torque symbol came on and the wheel locked. I immediately turn the car off and back on and was able to drive it to the nearest Kia dealership. I explained the situation to the tech which he was also able to hear the knocking noise as I turned the wheel from right to left. My car was there for about 3 days. I received a call stating that the reason the torque symbol came on and the steering wheel locked was because my tires were different sizes. It was also the reason for the knocking noise. I said ok and paid the diagnostic fee because I could purchase tires for a cheaper price than what they were offering. In April 2019 my steering wheel locked completely kind of like the power steering was gone. It didn't unlock even after I turned the car off and back on. I took it back to the same Kia dealership where I was told it was the steering column had gone bad. Had they taken a closer look in October it wouldn't cost me $2200.00 to get my car repaired. More

Disappointing Leadership After completing another online survey, the sales director sent a text to my wife, asking to speak to her, As I was the person that completed the su After completing another online survey, the sales director sent a text to my wife, asking to speak to her, As I was the person that completed the survey, I immediately called the cell number, but didn't receive an answer. The inbox was full, so I couldn't leave a message. Several days later, i called again, and left a detailed message, asking him to please call. Several more days have elapsed, and still no return call. More
