Very disappointing experience This place needs a completely new management staff. I called to schedule an appointment for a recall repair and the gentleman I spoke with was rude an This place needs a completely new management staff. I called to schedule an appointment for a recall repair and the gentleman I spoke with was rude and unwilling to answer any questions. After being on hold for ten minutes the phone was disconnected. I was promised that when I drop my car for that there would be transportation provided for me so that I could return to work. This never happened instead they brought my car back about fifteen minutes later without any proof that the repair was completed. Three weeks later I still don’t have any proof that the repair was ever completed on my car. I hope that things change asap! This really left a poor impression on me. Not professional at all! More

Awesome experience! My trade in experience was amazing! My husband and I went to up-trade in our car for a SUV and AJ made sure we got what we wanted. AJ was very helpful My trade in experience was amazing! My husband and I went to up-trade in our car for a SUV and AJ made sure we got what we wanted. AJ was very helpful from the initial phone call before we visited the dealership to the closing of our deal. Both AJ and Juwan gave us amazing service. Juwan made sure we knew everything about our new vehicle and that we were 100% satisfied before we pulled of the lot. Everyone was very nice from the manager to the our finance agent and made us feel welcome while keeping us up to status about our transaction. This is our second car with ALM and we will not shop with anyone else for a vehicle. Both experiences were amazing and we will definitely be back to AJ again for my husband’s trade in.
