Mark Grim and Kia Stinger VIP Line were great. When I came into the dealership I met with Mark Grimm. He was very professional and pleasant. I had explained to him that something was wrong with my When I came into the dealership I met with Mark Grimm. He was very professional and pleasant. I had explained to him that something was wrong with my brakes and that from reading Kia forums there was a known issue with the rotors. He told me he would review it but the brakes were not under warranty after 12,000 miles. I called this Kia Stinger VIP line and spoke with a gentleman there named Ed Hunter who was absolutely amazing. He explained that it was a known issue and contacted Mark. From that point forward Mark handled this like an All-Star. He took the necessary steps within his company to get this repared under warranty. As well because it would take a few days he got me a rental car which was not within my expectation. Overall I am very satisfied with Kia service. It almost felt like luxury car service level.
