Worst buying experience ever First time KIA buyer, 11th new car I've bought. Five hours to close a deal where the price had been agreed to the day before and the trade in took ten First time KIA buyer, 11th new car I've bought. Five hours to close a deal where the price had been agreed to the day before and the trade in took ten minutes to negotiate, then over 4 more hours to get to a finance officer to close a clear title and cash deal. Shame on me for not walking out, shame on anyone else who hears my story if they go to ALM. Part of the deal was an accessory cross bars at dealer cost. Somehow they never got ordered a month ago, I was told that person left the company. Now the parts foks want me to come in and pay for the part first before they offer to order it again. Ridiculous, you guys need to get some professionals in who understand customer service and do your best to keep them. To be fair the initial contact salesman and finance officer were decent, the sales manager was the epitome of public opinion of car salesman, smug, arrogant. It's a shame I actually think the vehicle is well made. This dealership has a long way to go. I hope I hear from them. More
Lack of organization & preparation I arrived on 4/05/19 for a scheduled oil-change. The filter was not in-house and had to ordered. On 4/10/19, I returned for the work which took 3-1/2 I arrived on 4/05/19 for a scheduled oil-change. The filter was not in-house and had to ordered.
