Total Incompetence To start with the sales rep was very friendly and courteous and sold me a car. After that it was all down hill from there. ( Why we'll have it detailed and fix a few minor scratches and a couple of paint chips and you can pick it up in 3 to 4 days. ) The same day that I gave them a check for the car it cleared my bank. And it took me 22 days, not sure how many phone calls and 4 trips there before I finally got my car. The paint and body shop there is a total joke. At the beginning of the 3rd week someone there called and asked if i could bring the car back to have the emissions test done that they had forgotten. REALLY !! Are you kidding me, you still have the car ! Day 22 and I go to pickup the car for the 3rd time and now they can't find the keys. After an 1 1/2 hrs. or so I get the keys, take care of the emissions test and I'm on my way back home to detail the myself. I will NEVER set foot back in ALM Kia South again. I have 1 year of free oil changes there. They can keep their oil. Wasted 17 1/2 hrs of my life at KIA South! Never again!!! More

Horrific This company is by far unprofessional and lack customer experience...I went there to purchase a car and Christopher saucer was super unprofessional, a This company is by far unprofessional and lack customer experience...I went there to purchase a car and Christopher saucer was super unprofessional, after not wanting to help me find a car he handed me his card stating he was sorry he couldn’t help me, he lacks knowledge and jus don’t care... I was persistent because I really needed a car and they ripped me over secretly for $1000 and pretty much kicked me out the door. I have a crack in the windshield of my new vehicle and they failed to fix it correctly, if I didn’t have a we owe you form I would be totally screwed...long story short, Im not big on writing reviews but I wish everyone would read and save themselves stress by taking notice of everything and getting proof of everything if you purchase a vehicle from here and stay far away from Christopher saucer he doesn’t need the money because he tells his customers he makes way more money than them and give out their confidential information. Also Rod Williams is a liar and unprofessional. More

Great Deal, Slow Service Good experience overall. Salesperson was nice and knowledgeable but the process was so slow. It took us over 4.5 hours to purchase a car and we only Good experience overall. Salesperson was nice and knowledgeable but the process was so slow. It took us over 4.5 hours to purchase a car and we only test drove one. There was just way too much waiting around. We left the dealership after 11 PM after we found out that we had to bring the car back the next day because they had not had the emissions test done. Also, they were unable to detail the car because that department was closed. I brought the car back the next day and I was there for another 3.5 hours just to get the emissions test done and the car detailed. I was told that it only takes 20 minutes to detail the car. There seems to be a lot of employees there but not all of them are actually working. More
