Reasonable & Great Service I did my research first and checked ALM inventory online. So I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. A salesman (Antwon) met me on the lot before I a I did my research first and checked ALM inventory online. So I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. A salesman (Antwon) met me on the lot before I approached the door entrance and assisted me immediately. ALM has great customer service! I visit them last year as well, but I wasn't ready to buy at that time. Yet they also had great customer service then too. Never no pressure. Just them trying to help you find a car that meets your need. I went in again 2-days ago - Everyone was welcoming, I was offered barbecue food and something to drink. But most importantly, I was able to get the car I wanted because ALM was so reasonably priced and managed to get me in a finance plan that was affordable for me. Its been only 48 hours since I had my new 2019 KIA Sportage and so far I am happy with it. More

What bothers me most is that the team (Bob, Vernel, Greg) ALL shared how thoroughly the truck was inspected. Yet, when I drive home the oil is at 81%! How can a truck at the dealership for 70 days, having gone thru all the inspections and enhancements to ensure it's a quality truck, not have the oil changed!?!? Ok, so if you missed "Step 1" in the quality dept., what else did the dealership NOT do to ensure I was buying a quality vehicle??? And it only had 1 key, which when I asked for the 5th time, it was advised "No, there's not another key, but we allocated it in the price". Not buying that response. And, after I inquire both Saturday and today, send email to Mr. Williams, NOBODY has picked up the phone to call - which again, speaks to the lack of customer service after the sale. More
