My Dream come true Great first impression. Big lot full of all types of cars. Walked in and the general manager, Shannon, greeted us at the door. We were assigned to Tyr Great first impression. I explained to Tyrone exactly what I was look for and what my budget was. We worked out our deal and it was better than I expected without too much negotiating. Got to finance and didn't feel too pressured to buy extra products. During closeout we met with Jawon who was kind enough to show me the features on my car on the go while Tyrone finished last minute fueling. Only reason for the 4 star is it still took about 4 hours to close the deal even with me knowing exactly what I wanted and being one of the first customers there at opening. The best part of this experience other than getting the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted is that the friendly staff made if feel like a close friend sell rather that a dealership. More
