When I called back two later they tell me it was only towards service on my next visit. How could that be when I said the service I received made me feel I would never come back I would take my business to another location. Every since you moved to this new location the service has been horrible and your word seems to mean nothing to your paying customers. I ask the lady to have Tina call me and that was 2 weeks ago and I have not received one call. More

Engine My engine light came on last month then my car stop. I got it towed to Kia, and they gave me a rental. I picked up my car on the 31 of July. April 5th My engine light came on last month then my car stop. I got it towed to Kia, and they gave me a rental. I picked up my car on the 31 of July. April 5th my Engine light came back on so I brought it back in to Kia. They reset everything in told me if I had any problems to bring it back. Today 08/14/12018 my engine light came back on and my car stop, I called Kia and the man told me that whatever the problem is that it had nothing to do with the engine and that if I bring it in a have to pay for them to look at it. I’m thinking to myself why do I have to pay for something that wasn’t my fault in the beginning all these problems came with the engine when the engine light came on. Now all of the sudden it’s not the engine and I have to pay. This is crazy!!! More
