Engine My engine light came on last month then my car stop. I got it towed to Kia, and they gave me a rental. I picked up my car on the 31 of July. April 5th My engine light came on last month then my car stop. I got it towed to Kia, and they gave me a rental. I picked up my car on the 31 of July. April 5th my Engine light came back on so I brought it back in to Kia. They reset everything in told me if I had any problems to bring it back. Today 08/14/12018 my engine light came back on and my car stop, I called Kia and the man told me that whatever the problem is that it had nothing to do with the engine and that if I bring it in a have to pay for them to look at it. I’m thinking to myself why do I have to pay for something that wasn’t my fault in the beginning all these problems came with the engine when the engine light came on. Now all of the sudden it’s not the engine and I have to pay. This is crazy!!! More

There are no words to describe my experience. Had an 9:30am oil change appointment, arrived at the dealership at 9:15, did not leave until 1:00pm. Customer Service I came to get the car serviced 2 days after purchase because mile expired prior to purchase according to sticker. The old sticker was left in the car I came to get the car serviced 2 days after purchase because mile expired prior to purchase according to sticker.
