Will Never Use I have used Kia Union City for the past 11 years. My past 2 vehicles have been Sorento's. Since they changed ownership service has gotten bad. Poor work performance The initial oil change was not completed on time due to the water pump malfunctioning. However after changing the water pump it seems to be leaking mo The initial oil change was not completed on time due to the water pump malfunctioning. However after changing the water pump it seems to be leaking more than it was prior. The transmission seems to slips in between changing gears from 1st to 2nd. when I questioned this doing my purchase the salesman stated that it was probably due to the car sitting up for so long. However, I asked one of the mechanics at alm and he stated that it was a recall that should be covered. More

Poor customer service I went here to get a transmission flush from mark and they said they did a multi point inspection and they said my car is fine and checked off green. I went here to get a transmission flush from mark and they said they did a multi point inspection and they said my car is fine and checked off green. Went home to find out that my air filter was corroded and clogged and oil all over the gasket were my spark plugs were located. I spoke to manager Mic and they didn’t want to take responsibility for missing everything especially the air filter. They were very rude and laughed in my face and didn’t even offer to replace the air filter. They seemed very unprofessional and racist, wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. More

Service keeps declining I have been with Kia since they were down the road in the old center . Service advisors are not friendly, welcoming or accurate with service offers. After my car was done and back in the bay I waited 20 min before proceeding to check out wondering why I was waiting. I went to check out and my paperwork wasn’t complete. I waited another 40 min just to learn my service advisor was on lunch and that why my paperwork wasn’t complete. I actually went back today and was greeting by another service advisor who took lengthy time just coming to my car to ask what I was there for. His demeanor was so unwelcoming that I left. I will be finding another service center visit. More
