Body shop painted tow hitch My vehicle was missing a tow hitch cover. Part of the deal was for the dealership to replace it. They sent me away with a “we owe” to replace the part My vehicle was missing a tow hitch cover. Part of the deal was for the dealership to replace it. They sent me away with a “we owe” to replace the part. I had to contact the dealership several times and was given several promises that it was ordered and on its way to later find out that it was never ordered. When the part was finally ordered we told the shop we wanted to come pick it up to avoid the very problem we have now. The tow hitch cover of course doesn’t match the paint on the bumper. I have since contacted the dealership several times to see what they will do to fix the issue and they will not return my calls or resolve the problem. I hoped they would have done “the right thing” but you simply cannot trust people’s word anymore it’s a sad world. I just want my tow hitch cover painted the right color. Doesn’t seem too hard. More
