1st impressions are everything I scheduled an appointment for 10 am. I arrived at 930 am. They took the key told me it would be 30-45 minutes. I was told "The technician is just finishing up. At 1130 I said all that's a long time to finish up. I was then told he had just handed my paperwork to the cashier. Went to the cashier she had no idea where my paperwork was. 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change on a car I have only had 2 weeks. More

I few nick on my hood, in which I feel they should have addressed as they where not there when I dropped the vehicle off. I always take pictures of the before and after when leaving my vehicle at a service shop. I would advise that you do the same. After the 3rd go round the alignment was great! More
Drive in Tow out I brought my car in for an oil change and to make sure my car was up to date with its car needs. They gave me a list of things to fix, which is expect I brought my car in for an oil change and to make sure my car was up to date with its car needs. They gave me a list of things to fix, which is expected for upkeep and I asked what things I should fix now and what things could wait. They numbered all of the items and we discussed a good time line of services. After I am finished checking out the service woman says oh yeah and your battery too. Which after I have completed my visit, after I have finished all discussions with service team and time frame of issues; her statement did not show the urgency it should’ve. Which resulted in leaving the service center and attempting to pick up my pregnant wife and the car not starting. I am upset with the way this situation was handled, and when I called to ask why I had just left the shop and now the car won’t start, I received attitude. The woman said the car was not starting because of the battery. If the battery was as serious of an issue why wouldn’t they warn someone of the urgency of the issue? It seems very diabolical to carelessly let someone drive off knowing their battery will die less than 30 minutes later. More

It was like camping I got a tire change on a cold morning. Every customer, including myself, had a hat and coat on.
