4Ss (Sales & Service Slow as Snail) I had to return to the dealership 3 days, 2 of which I waited over 5 hours; after the second visit I waited over a week before I had to call to find o I had to return to the dealership 3 days, 2 of which I waited over 5 hours; after the second visit I waited over a week before I had to call to find out if the parts were in and when I could come in for the completion, and this does not include the 9 hours I spent there trying to purchase the vehicle, in-spite of me have a squeaky clean credit report with a FICO score of over 800.
