This is the second time having my car serviced at this location, both times my car was kept for 2 weeks and the only way I was able to get any helpful information was to show my face ? because the commun location, both times my car was kept for 2 weeks and the only way I was able to get any helpful information was to show my face ? because the communication between the service manager, advisors, and the customer is very poor. These guys are a joke. I’ve seen this location change staff members over and over again. With the service only going down. The guy reset it and said it was fine soon as I leave the dealership the light comes back on. I think I’m just going to find another Kia dealership to deal with. More
