So, I use this dealer for service because my car is under warranty, but they are one of the most inefficient businesses I've ever had to endure .... it took 3 weeks to get an appointment to have them check m warranty, but they are one of the most inefficient businesses I've ever had to endure .... it took 3 weeks to get an appointment to have them check my AC. I was there at the appointment time, I was told it's be $300 for a diagnostic test and then heard nothing for 3 1/2 hours. When I finally got up to inquire what was going on I was told that my car needs a special type of Freon and it was going to take another 45 minutes...... so, all in all, it's going to be 5 hours to do something that should take less than 1 hour .... ‍ I'm going to try a new dealership ext time. Hopefully, I'll have a better experience. More
