Arrived at ALM Kia South in Union City at 3:15 for a 3:45 appointment. At 6:15- i go to inquire about my car's status and the car was sitting there. I wasn't notified even though I was sitting in the lobby. Then was told I owed for the oil change. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that I would receive free oil changes for 1 year. Even have it in writing. The new manager says that would no longer be valid since there is miscommunication between the service and sales department. Completely Dissatisfied with this company. Not sure why it is pulling up the Alpharetta location BUT this review is for the Union City location. More
