Spoke with the manager who was gracious enough to give me a deal. I as a single senior was extremely grateful for the generosity and consideration of your manager and had my repair done. I must say that during this time of Covid 19 customers need a break. Lots of people are not working and/or income is being challenged through loss of employment, rising costs of goods and food, health care, etc. Merchants need to take all of this into consideration if they want to continue doing business for people for they are only going to take care of the necessities and put the luxuries aside for now. It did my heart good to have a considerate person on your staff make this consideration regardless of the financial interests of your company. Without him I would have never considered this repair. I will continue to use ALM Kia because of him. I forgot his name but my repair was done on July 15th at ALM Kia Union City, GA. Give that man a RAISE!!! He deserves it for your continued business on servicing your vehicles. More

Had an appointment at 11 a.m on 8/7 for a regular oil change. Waited almost 2 hours. On my way home the car was sounding a little louder than usual. I drove on home just to pull up and the car smoking change. Waited almost 2 hours. On my way home the car was sounding a little louder than usual. I drove on home just to pull up and the car smoking like a bbq grill. I thought maybe a little oil was wasted and burning off. I thought let me just check. Pulled the hood. Oil is everywhere and look over. My oil cap was not on. I called back and the girl that answered suggest i get the car towed back up there. I told her thats not my job, you all made the mistake. No customer service at all.She says I'll give you the number to the manager. She didn't even want to wait til i can get a pen. Tells me I'll have him call you back in 15mins. I took the number and called Mike. He says wow or something and said text him my address. Tho he did send someone out. No explanation or anything. The guy comes out and just poured oil in and replaced the cap. Asked if i wanted him to get the oil off the engine. That would have been common sense. He took the car, evidently just took some paper towel and wiped the cover. Under my hood oil is still everywhere. I just don't know how im going to deal with these people. Car was never detailed which was promised when i purchased. Had to go get my own emissions in which i was supposed to had been reimbursed..never happened. Lied about my purchase thru out. Just make sure you all pay attention and ask questions. Make them write and sign all agreements. More
