I took my vehicle in after purchasing it eight months ago and the GM totally accommodated me by offering me half off my service. I went to the service department and the process was the most smooth process ever. I live about 45 mins away from the dealership, however I'm totally committed to making the trip because: 1. The level of customer service is 2nd to NONE. 2. The thorough job done was with fidelity and excellence. 3. The environment is very positively infectious. 4. The ability to compromise with a past customer is phenomenal. 5. The Service TEAM made me feel like family! 6. The price was very competitive. Job Well Done ALM Kia South! More

We stay in dunwoody so driving to union city is not a short distance for us. I had previously attempted to book an appointment online for that day but nothing was available and there was not a notice stating that walk ins were not welcome on certain days. So he came back on Monday morning and after the car was serviced there was nobody there to fill the gas tank up which was one of the services that’s they told me would be included when I purchased the vehicle. This is the first service I’ve had on the vehicle and I was not happy with the process I sent this correspondence to the service mgr on the 23rd but have yet to get any feedback. More

She is very knowledgeable, very honest, very pleasant to deal with and is a GREAT ASSET to ALM Kia. I could not be more happier with the service I receive from her from the time my car reaches the service drive until I check out for payment. I would also like to commend mechanic Chad for the work he performed on my car. He was very thorough with diagnosing and with overall maintenance performed for the service interval my car was due for. The two employees mentioned above are the reason that I choose ALM Kia for my car services. More

BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE AND CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I've never dealt with a service center like this one and I don't mean that in a good way. My very first visit was for an issue I noticed with the car I've never dealt with a service center like this one and I don't mean that in a good way. My very first visit was for an issue I noticed with the car the day I purchased it. I'm not even a mechanic, but I already knew where the problem was coming from. It took those guys over 4 hours to tell me a bracket was loose on my exhaust; that's not even the real issue though. After taking 4+ hours to tell me something that simple, I was told they needed to order the part and to come back the following week. They didn't say we'll order the part and call you when the part arrives, they said to just come back next week. They didn't make an appointment or anything. So I came back next week as instructed and when I arrive I was told the part was there, but they didn't have enough mechanics on hand to get to my car that day. The guy said they would call me and tell me when to bring my vehicle back, but of course no one ever called me. I had to go and pay out of pocket and get the simple repair done myself. Mind you, I purchased a warranty contract from the dealership that was suppose to cover something that simple. To my surprise one of the guys told me that although I purchased a warranty contract from the dealership, there were some things they weren't even allowed to repair on my vehicle. In all, I found all of this to be very unprofessional a waste of my time. Driving 35 minutes to be told we're short on staff and we can't fix your car today even though they never gave me an exact date to come back is just horrible. I could go on for days about how unprofessional the salesman was, but since I'm short on time I'll keep it short. Let's just say that the salesman was a complete jerk until he realized I was going to actually purchase a vehicle. The sad part is he even admitted to it at the end. I tried holding a conversation with him while waiting and he completely wasn't interested in doing that, but once I started signing the paperwork his entire mood changed and all of a sudden he wanted to talk. The test drive was the dullest test drive I've ever done; complete and total awkward silence. I can assure you that I will NEVER consider ALM when I purchase another vehicle and I will NEVER refer anyone to them. More
