Customer service can improve! And wait time !the woman who checks people in and out when your car is done should focus on the customer she talking too especially since the wait time is so long! I bought my car from this dealership, therefore they are the only ones who work on my car. With all the money I give to this place I can’t understand why would you not return my car fixed and put back toget the only ones who work on my car. With all the money I give to this place I can’t understand why would you not return my car fixed and put back together properly versus Me having to return my car for you to redux what should have been fixed in the first place. Tightened up, it’s not a good look. I just wanna trade my car and go somewhere else. It’s a hassle versus a relief.
