They had my cat for two months..when I got my car back the bumper was scratched up...They offered to fix my bumper and it would only take one or two days..They ended up having my car for another month. I got my car back but they had replaced my key and lost my key fob...I got the run around about that and had to wait another week to get my key fob back.bThis was the worst experience I've ever had I would not recommend them to anyone. I would not recommend the service department to anyone. Purchased a 2018 Maxama took it back four days later, the wiper reservoir was leaking, after about 2 hours they said it was fix, the two part reservo Purchased a 2018 Maxama took it back four days later, the wiper reservoir was leaking, after about 2 hours they said it was fix, the two part reservoir had come loose and they reconnect it and it is fine, got home decided to check it because i didn't see a way to get to it without taking some other parts off, put fluid in it and it poured right out. They had not even attempted to fix it after seeing other parts will have to come off to reconnect it. Thanks for nothing ALM KIA South. More

I got a car from there,everything was cool, but the problem came when I referred somebody to them. I was supposed to get a $100 referral fee ,but when it’s time to pay up NOTHING WAS DONE!!
