Looked up the vehicle I wanted through online inventory and messaged if it was still available. Got a reply within minutes it was and when I came to ask for Ana. I met with Ana who was lovely and polite and took me on the test drive. Car was perfect, exactly as described. I sat down with Ana and we went over the price, finance details and my trade in appraisal. Yes it took a few hours but Ana was informative and always kept me updated. Once the deal was done I spent a few minute with Richard and drive off in my 2017 Mercedes GLC300! Can’t recommend them enough! Go and ask for Ana Loor! More
