16 minutes agoI purchased a Luxury vehicle from of MLM. 16 minutes ago I purchased a Luxury vehicle from of MLM. Out of state so everything was done via phone. Kelvin Hutchinson (Sales rep) was very attent 16 minutes ago I purchased a Luxury vehicle from of MLM. Out of state so everything was done via phone. Kelvin Hutchinson (Sales rep) was very attentive to my questions including pickiness of details since I wasn't present to ensure it was in excellent condition. They did not hassle me with figures. Kept the process simple. Gave me top dollar for my trade based off VIN and photos. Once agreed typed it up Saturday and I headed to Marietta the following business day. Not only was the negotiating hassle free but these guys actually waited 2hrs past closing for me to arrive and finalize the deal. Insisted I inspect and drive the car despite how late it already was and acted as if "business as usual". I am beyond impressed with their service and most appreciative for them (Kelvin Sales, Stan Harris-Sales Mgr and Terry Diskin-F&I) staying until 11:00pm ensuring everything was completed to my satisfaction. The almost 8hr car ride home was a pleasant one with my new car! And still received a follow up from Kelvin making sure I made it home safely and happy with the car. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! More

Amazing Staff and Service!! I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a few months and just have not been happy with the results or dealerships I had been to. I finally nar I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a few months and just have not been happy with the results or dealerships I had been to. I finally narrowed down what type of vehicle I wanted and started research. MLM seemed to be the best price by far on the vehicle I wanted. They were over 2 hours away so I called and spoke with Brinson and discussed my trade and payments I wanted first because I didn't want to make a 2 hour drive for nothing. He was very helpful over the phone and let me know they could work with that. When I got there Lionel helped me and everyone at the dealership was amazing from start to finish! I ended up with the car I wanted and did not have to sit all day like you do at most dealerships and saved thousands. Highly recommend this dealership and Lionel and Brinson!
