I was a little upset about the amount of time it took to get out of the dealership on the day we purchased the vehicle. We knew the financial number we could afford and had our paperwork ready. The car was being cleaned and it took a while for us to get to test drive it and then sit down and hammer out the final financials which I thought were already done. I did have to go back for an emissions test which I thought would be completed already. All in all a fine experience. Lionel was great. More
