WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I went there to refinance my vehicle and they made a nightmare for me, i dealt with Richard which is the finance manager. They did not do their job wi I went there to refinance my vehicle and they made a nightmare for me, i dealt with Richard which is the finance manager. They did not do their job with my refinance which resulted in my car getting REPOSSESSED, every single time i try to call the dealership and speak to him about this they leave me on hold for at least 10 minutes, they dont seem to care, they do nothing in a hurry, i have been without my car going on three weeks. The first time i went there to do the refinance he said everything was good to go and done and a couple weeks later he told me i needed to come in to sign "some paper" so i went in and what he had done was a whole NEW deal and re ran my credit and give me a new monthly price and everything was a disaster, he does not know how to do a professional job for his customers, I would not recommend this place. More
