That wasn't the case with Frank Brooks and the MLM team. We told them what we wanted and we were given just that. They worked with our average credit and got us into a car we can reasonably afford for our growing family. Frank was a great mediator between the finance team and my wife and I. He kept in constant communication with us, letting us know where we were step by step in the buying process. We got a great deal on our trade in and we put down less than 5% of the new cars worth.
