Haggling back and forth, waiting for the finance department to finish your "deal", I've purchased many cars in my years and its always the same story. Haggling back and forth, waiting for the finance department to finish your "deal", and then you're always pressured to pay more than what you want to. That wasn't the case with Frank Brooks and the MLM team. We told them what we wanted and we were given just that. They worked with our average credit and got us into a car we can reasonably afford for our growing family. Frank was a great mediator between the finance team and my wife and I. He kept in constant communication with us, letting us know where we were step by step in the buying process. We got a great deal on our trade in and we put down less than 5% of the new cars worth.
