Unsure and Disappointed Frank was easy to work with regarding the vehicle I inquired about and came in to see. However I had mentioned I wanted look elsewhere before making a Frank was easy to work with regarding the vehicle I inquired about and came in to see. However I had mentioned I wanted look elsewhere before making a final decision and he started trying to talk me out of it without knowing the situation I was in. He also never offered any other vehicles for me to test drive or look at in my price range or cheaper like many other dealers would do. The car I ended up purchasing also had one of the heated seats not working and he promised they would fix it. After multiple txt and waiting for a response from him he called and said I had to take it to a dealership when he promised they would fix it. Also while in the dealership he basically took my phone from me and left himself a good review. I was also disappointing that they gave me the vehicle with almost no gas in it as well as no being detailed. It was clean but as far as being detailed I don't think it was even though they said it was. I hope I don't have any issues with this vehicle as I was unsure about the dealership and the whole process but needed a car as soon as possible, but I can only blame myself for being pressured into this vehicle by the dealership, but I don't think Frank would have intentionally sold me a lemon...but I guess we will see. More
